DOI metadata is prepared and validated according to the journal’s registration arrangements and applicable service scope, and integrated with the journal’s publishing system.

DOI authority, stated accurately
GreyMind does not issue DOI numbers. GreyMind can support DOI metadata and registration workflows according to the journal’s registration arrangements, memberships and applicable service scope. Where a registration agency such as Crossref is involved, GreyMind acts on the journal’s behalf under those arrangements and is not itself the registration agency.
