Cookie & Storage Policy
Version 1.0.0 · Effective: 14 August 2026 · Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. Introduction
This policy explains how the GreyMind Innovations Limited corporate website uses cookies, browser storage and related technologies.
2. Current position
The GreyMind corporate website does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies.
GreyMind will not display a consent banner merely for appearance when there is no consent-dependent tracking to control.
3. Theme preference
The website provides light, dark and system-theme options.
When a visitor explicitly chooses a theme, the preference is stored locally in the visitor's browser using site storage.
The current preference key is: greymind-theme
The permitted values are: system, light, dark.
This preference is used only to remember how the visitor wants the website to appear.
It is not intended for analytics, advertising, behavioral profiling or cross-site tracking.
4. Essential technologies
The website may rely on technical mechanisms required for normal page delivery, security and basic operation.
Such technologies should be kept to the minimum necessary for the relevant function.
5. Analytics
The website does not currently enable non-essential analytics tracking.
If analytics is introduced later, GreyMind must review whether consent or another control is required before enabling the technology and must update this policy to match the deployed behavior.
6. External services
When you leave the GreyMind website and visit an independent external service, that service may use cookies or browser storage under its own policies.
GreyMind does not control browser storage created directly by an independent third-party website after you leave the GreyMind site.
7. Managing your theme preference
You can change the GreyMind website theme at any time using the theme control in the website header.
Choosing "System" returns appearance control to your operating system or browser preference.
You may also remove the locally stored preference using your browser's site-data controls.
