DECISION INTELLIGENCE · COLLABORATIVE

Make better decisions together.

Invite colleagues or experts, collect independent judgments, combine perspectives, measure consensus, and preserve a transparent record of how the group reached its decision.

THE COLLABORATIVE WORKFLOW

One decision. One transparent record.

Collaborative Decision Intelligence turns a group decision into a guided, recorded process — from defining the problem to exporting the final record. Each step is explicit so the group can see exactly how its recommendation was reached.

  1. 01

    Create decision

Name the decision and its objective in a private collaborative workspace.

  2. 02

    Define alternatives

List the options the group will compare.

  3. 03

    Define criteria

State the factors that matter, and whether each should be higher or lower.

  4. 04

    Select approach

Choose the weighting and ranking methods the group will use.

  5. 05

    Invite participants

Bring in colleagues or experts under clearly defined roles.

  6. 06

    Independent submissions

Each participant provides judgments without seeing others’ before the round closes.

  7. 07

    Aggregate contributions

Combine individual judgments using an explicit, disclosed method.

  8. 08

    Measure consensus

Show where the group agrees and where it disagrees.

  9. 09

    Final group ranking

Present a defensible group recommendation with its rationale.

  10. 10

    Export decision record

Preserve the full, transparent record of how the group reached its decision.

INDEPENDENT BY DEFAULT

Independent judgments first.

To reduce anchoring and conformity, participants submit their judgments independently. Other participants' judgments are not visible before a round closes. This keeps each contribution independent, and the group can still deliberate openly once the round is complete.

Reduce anchoring

No early answer dominates the group before everyone has contributed.

Reduce conformity

Participants are not silently pulled toward the most vocal view.

Preserve independence

Each contribution is collected on its own before any aggregation.

ROLES

Simple roles. Clear accountability.

Collaborative Decision Intelligence keeps V1 roles minimal so responsibility stays clear.

Owner

OWNER

Creates the project, configures the decision, invites participants, opens and closes rounds, and finalizes the decision.

Participant

PARTICIPANT

Reviews the problem, provides independent judgments, submits a contribution, and views the group results they are permitted to see.

CONSENSUS YOU CAN EXPLAIN

Show the group where it agrees — and where it does not.

The collaborative result should be understandable to ordinary decision-makers. Technical consensus metrics may exist underneath, but the user-facing product explains them in plain language.

TRANSPARENT AGGREGATION

How individual contributions are combined is disclosed.

Collaborative Decision Intelligence does not hide behind a single opaque average. Aggregation is explicit and methodologically defensible, and the product states exactly how individual contributions were combined.

Equal participant influence

User-defined participant influence

Arithmetic aggregation where appropriate

Geometric aggregation where appropriate

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Public direction. Private decisions.

The collaborative direction is public and explainable. Individual collaborative workspaces, decisions, judgments and results remain authenticated, private and excluded from search indexing.

Public

The collaborative method and workflow are explained publicly so teams can understand the process before they start.

Private

Individual projects, participant judgments and group results live in authenticated workspaces that are never exposed through public pages or search metadata.
