GreyMind Data Deletion

Depending on how you interacted with GreyMind, eligible information may include:

GreyMind may retain limited information where retention is reasonably necessary for a legal or regulatory obligation, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, the establishment or defence of a legal claim, or another legitimate requirement recognized by applicable law.

Where only part of a record needs to be retained, GreyMind should avoid retaining unrelated personal information merely because the record once contained it.

Retained information should no longer be used for unrelated ordinary purposes.

GreyMind will review a deletion request within a reasonable period and may request proportionate verification where necessary.

Verification is intended to protect the requester and other people from unauthorized deletion, not to create unnecessary obstacles.

Where eligible information can be deleted and no applicable retention requirement exists, GreyMind will take reasonable steps to remove it from the systems within GreyMind's control.

Deleting information held directly by GreyMind does not automatically delete information held independently by a third-party service with which you interacted directly.

For example, an external email, scheduling or app-store provider may process information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Where GreyMind is responsible for requesting deletion from a service provider acting on GreyMind's behalf, GreyMind will take appropriate steps consistent with the relevant relationship and applicable requirements.

The current GreyMind App does not provide user accounts.

This page therefore concerns deletion of eligible personal information associated with direct GreyMind interactions rather than deletion of a GreyMind login account.
